Our Story 

HanMark Legal was founded with the vision of creating a modern, client-focused law firm that combines strong legal advocacy with practical and commercially driven solutions. What began as an independent legal practice has evolved into a dynamic legal team built on collaboration, professionalism, and a shared commitment to delivering effective legal solutions.

The firm is led by Adv. Mohammed Raihan, an advocate practicing before the Kerala High Court and the Karnataka High Court, with a practice focused on intellectual property, taxation, commercial disputes, arbitration, and litigation. Alongside him, HanMark Legal is supported by a team of advocates and professionals with diverse legal and commercial expertise.

Our team includes Adv. Monish Jayavel, who brings experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate advisory matters, particularly in civil, commercial, and regulatory practice. Adv. Mrigank Kumar Singh contributes a commercially aware and research-driven perspective to the firm’s strategic growth, combining his interests in sustainability, market research, and business management with client advisory initiatives. 

The firm’s cross-border and international dispute resolution practice is strengthened by Aeron Abraham Thomas, whose work focuses on ADGM, DIFC, ICC, and DIAC disputes, along with international arbitration and commercial litigation matters involving UAE and global jurisdictions. Adv. C P Athul contributes extensively to the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice, with experience in civil, criminal, constitutional, and writ litigation before courts across Kerala. 

HanMark Legal’s intellectual property and trademark practice is further supported by Adv. Bhavya Shree D, whose work focuses on trademark prosecution, brand protection, IP advisory, and intellectual property strategy. Together, our team reflects a multidisciplinary and forward-looking approach to legal practice, allowing us to provide clients with legal solutions that are strategic, commercially practical, and tailored to their long-term interests.
